Ostensibly, Nail'd is an off-road racer, replete with plenty of mud, curves and jumps. In practice though, the jumps steal the show. I'm talking about huge, ridiculous, gigantic jumps. Players spend so much time in the air in Nail'd that it tracks how many miles they've flown.
